1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HSK Skrew Lab ("Skrew Lab," "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to purchase passes and start new projects. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Passes and Project Credits

• Daily Pass ($1.99): 24 hours of working-session access and 3 project credits.
• Creator Pass ($5.99): 30 days of access and 20 project credits. Optional auto-renewal every 30 days with 5 bonus credits per renewal.
• Pro Pass ($12.99): 30 days of access and 50 project credits. Optional auto-renewal every 30 days with 5 bonus credits per renewal.
• Additional Project Credits ($0.99 each): Standalone credit purchases expire 12 months from purchase.

A project credit is consumed when you load a new audio file to start a new project. Credits are reserved before loading and refunded automatically if the file fails to load. Reopening a saved project does not consume a credit.

4. Credit Expiry

Credits included with a pass expire when the pass expires. Credits purchased separately expire 12 months after their purchase date. Expired credits cannot be restored or extended.

5. Auto-Renewal

Creator and Pro passes support optional auto-renewal. When enabled, your pass renews automatically every 30 days and your payment method is charged the pass price. Each successful renewal grants 5 bonus project credits. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your Stripe customer portal. Cancellation does not affect your current pass — it remains active until its expiry date.

6. Upgrades

The Daily Pass is upgrade-eligible. When upgrading to Creator or Pro, $1.99 of your Daily Pass purchase is credited toward the upgrade price. Upgrades are available only while your Daily Pass is active.

7. Rendering and Downloads

Rendering is unlimited during your active session. You may render and download as many times as you like. Rendering does not consume project credits. Available download formats depend on your pass.

8. Refunds and Disputes

All payments are processed through Stripe. If a payment is refunded, your access and any credits granted from that purchase are revoked. If a charge is disputed, access is temporarily blocked until the dispute is resolved. Contact support for refund requests.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to process copyrighted audio you do not have the right to use, or for any unlawful purpose. HSK reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. HSK is not liable for any data loss, audio corruption, or indirect damages arising from use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

HSK may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
